DNS Resolver Outage

The DNS resolver issue impacting some regions has been fully resolved.
A standard software update pushed last night caused our DNS resolvers to stop responding to requests in certain regions. The update has been rolled back, and all DNS resolvers are now restored and functioning normally.
Our engineering team is continuing to review logs and apply additional safeguards to ensure this type of issue does not occur again.

We are currently experiencing degraded network performance in our Bangalore, Mumbai, and New Delhi locations, specifically with international connectivity to India. This issue is related to a series of subsea cable outages in the Red Sea, which have impacted multiple countries, including India.
The outages are affecting the SMW4 and IMEWE cable systems near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a result, users may experience:
