Our Networking team worked closely with the onsite field engineer to resolve the issue. Connectivity has now been restored and services should be operating normally.

Cloud Console - Degraded Perfomance

We are continuing to monitor authentication performance following earlier elevated latency affecting access to the Ottomatic Cloud Console. Our upstream authentication provider reports that system performance is currently stable across all services.
